The length and format of a report vary according to the amount and quality of relevant research. No specific page count is promised.

2. Your Intake Form and Delivery Window

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information through the intake form. Your estimated 14-day delivery window begins after Premium Websites, Inc. receives your completed intake form, not on the purchase date. If your information is incomplete, unclear, or materially changes, delivery may be delayed while clarification is requested.

The completed report will be delivered electronically to the email address you provide.

3. Public Research Only

Research is limited to publicly available sources. The service does not include access to private groups, private messages, confidential databases, private client records, or information obtained through deception or unauthorized access.

You agree not to submit passwords, private group credentials, protected health information, payment card information, trade secrets, or third-party personal information you do not have permission to share.

4. Fees and Payment

The price shown at checkout is the price charged for the Eavesdrop Report. Promotional pricing, including a Black Friday price, applies only during the stated promotional period and does not create a right to future discounts.

You authorize the payment processor to charge the payment method you provide. The Eavesdrop Report is a one-time purchase and does not automatically renew.

5. Refund Policy

Because the service includes custom research and preparation, all sales are final once purchased, except where a refund is required by applicable law. If Premium Websites, Inc. cannot provide the purchased service, its responsibility is limited to refunding the amount you paid.

6. What Is Not Included

The purchase does not include consulting, coaching, copywriting, website work, implementation, advertising management, ongoing support, or revisions beyond correcting a factual or clerical error in the delivered report. Any additional work must be agreed to separately and may be billed at the current standard rate.

7. No Guaranteed Results

8. Your Responsibilities

9. Intellectual Property and Permitted Use

Premium Websites, Inc. retains ownership of its research methods, templates, frameworks, processes, and pre-existing materials. After full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the completed report for your own business and marketing.

You may adapt findings into your own content and sales materials. You may not resell, sublicense, publish, distribute, or represent the report itself as your own research product without written permission.

10. Source Limitations

Public online conversations may be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, outdated, removed, edited, or unrepresentative. The report identifies useful patterns but is not a scientific study, census, or statistically representative survey. Quotes or examples may be shortened or paraphrased for clarity while preserving their meaning.

11. Confidentiality

Premium Websites, Inc. will use reasonable care with non-public information you provide for the project and will use it only to deliver the service, maintain records, provide support, and meet legal obligations. Confidentiality does not apply to information already public, independently developed, lawfully received from another source, or required to be disclosed by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Premium Websites, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or decisions made using the report. Total liability related to the Eavesdrop Report will not exceed the amount you paid for that report.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some provisions may not apply to you.

13. Third-Party Services and Links

The sales page, checkout, intake form, research process, or report may involve third-party platforms or links. Premium Websites, Inc. is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, policies, or practices.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. 16. Changes to These Terms
